Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our store, place an order, communicate with us, or exercise a privacy right.
Information We Collect
- Identifiers and contact details, such as name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, and Internet Protocol address.
- Commercial and transaction information, including products viewed or purchased, order history, returns, exchanges, and customer-service communications.
- Payment-related information needed to complete a transaction. Payment card details are handled by payment processors and are not stored by us in full.
- Internet or electronic activity, including browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions with advertisements, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
- Preferences, inferences, and marketing choices derived from activity with our store and communications.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate the storefront, process and deliver orders, authenticate accounts, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, improve store performance, measure advertising, and send marketing when permitted. We do not use personal information for materially different purposes without an appropriate notice or legal basis.
Cookies, Google Ads, and Measurement
We and service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential storefront functions, preferences, analytics, security, and advertising. Google Ads may be used for remarketing and conversion tracking. These tools can measure visits and purchases and may show ads based on prior interactions. Browser controls can limit cookies, although essential features may then work differently.
How Information Is Disclosed
Information may be disclosed to Shopify, payment processors, delivery carriers, cloud and security providers, analytics and advertising providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. Service providers are permitted to use information only for authorized services or as otherwise allowed by law. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable protections.
CCPA and CPRA Rights
California residents may request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information subject to legal exceptions, and information about collection, use, and disclosure. They may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and may limit use of sensitive personal information when that right applies. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act.
Do Not Sell or Share and Global Privacy Control
Where our advertising activity is considered a sale or sharing under applicable law, you may submit a Do Not Sell or Share request by contacting us. We also process a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device from which the signal is sent when required by law. Additional identity verification can be required for access, correction, or deletion requests, and an authorized agent may be asked for proof of authority.
Retention, Security, and International Processing
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than the one where it was collected, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Children and Changes
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
