We prepared this policy so customers can understand what to expect from our store.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for every order delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required for free shipping.

Processing and Transit Times

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, or an incorrect delivery address can affect the estimate.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided after the carrier accepts the shipment. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

If tracking reports delivery but the package cannot be found, review the delivery area and ask household members or building staff before contacting us. We will help review available carrier information.
